1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and playing Castla ("the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Game.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may also play as a guest without creating an account. Guest accounts have limited features and data is not saved between sessions.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use offensive, inappropriate, or harassing usernames or chat messages
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized third-party software
• Impersonate other players, administrators, or moderators
• Share accounts or account credentials with others
• Engage in any activity that disrupts other players' experience
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game servers or other users' accounts

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

4.1 Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, username, and password (encrypted)
• Game Data: In-game statistics, progress, activity, chat messages, and real-time positions
• Technical Data: IP address, country, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, timezone, preferred language
• Device Information: Hardware specifications, WebGL capabilities, connection speed and type
• Session Data: Join/leave times, game actions, movement patterns, and interaction logs

4.2 Admin Monitoring and Data Access

Important: Authorized game administrators have access to comprehensive player data for moderation and technical support purposes, including:

• Real-time player positions and movements within the game world
• Complete chat history and communication logs
• Detailed technical information including IP addresses and device specifications
• Account activity, login patterns, and behavioral analytics
• Server performance data and game state information

Admin access is used exclusively for:

• Preventing cheating and enforcing game rules
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues
• Moderating player behavior and maintaining game integrity
• Analyzing game performance and identifying improvements

Admin Activity: All admin actions are logged and monitored. Abuse of admin privileges results in immediate removal of admin status and potential legal action.

4.3 How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the game service
• To authenticate your account and prevent fraud

• To communicate important updates about the game
• To monitor and moderate player behavior

4.3 Data Security

We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore Database provided by Google to store your data securely. Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4.4 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your account will be permanently removed from our systems
• Your username will become available for others to use
• All game progress and data will be deleted
• This action cannot be undone

5. Game Content and Intellectual Property

All game content, including but not limited to graphics, code, text, designs, and trademarks, are the property of Castla and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The game will be available at all times
• The game will be error-free or secure
• Any defects will be corrected

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game at any time without notice.

7. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the game.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the game.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
